Remote and electronic posting: Recipients of federal financial assistance must post the Equal Opportunity is the Law notice and also disseminate it in internal memoranda and other written and electronic communications.

- Employee Rights Under the Fair Labor Standards Act (minimum wage): Every employer covered by the FLSA
- Job Safety and Health: It's the Law (OSHA): Private-sector employers
- Know Your Rights: Workplace Discrimination is Illegal (EEOC): Employers with 15 or more employees
- Employee Rights Under the Family and Medical Leave Act: Employers with 50 or more employees
- Employee Polygraph Protection Act: Most private employers
- Your Rights Under USERRA: All employers (may be provided instead of posted)

Details and exceptions
- Florida has no state labor department. FloridaCommerce's Display Posters and Required Notices section sits on its Florida Minimum Wage page; it also keeps minimum wage posters from 2016-2025 and lists CareerSource center posters (interpretive services, complaint system).
- Child labor questions are referred to the Department of Business and Professional Regulation Child Labor Program.
