- Job Safety and Health: It's the Law (OSHA): Private-sector employers
- Know Your Rights: Workplace Discrimination is Illegal (EEOC): Employers with 15 or more employees
- Employee Rights Under the Family and Medical Leave Act: Employers with 50 or more employees
- Employee Polygraph Protection Act: Most private employers
- Your Rights Under USERRA: All employers (may be provided instead of posted)

Details and exceptions
- GDOL says Georgia Code requires these three GDOL documents to be posted, and that other state and federal agencies may require other posters.
- The page points to the State Board of Workers' Compensation posters (WC-P3 Managed Care Organization, WC-BOR Bill of Rights, WC-P1 Panel of Physicians) and to federal posters (FLSA WH1088, FMLA WH1420, EPPA WH1462, USERRA, EEOC Know Your Rights, OSHA Job Safety and Health).
