- Employee Rights Under the Fair Labor Standards Act (minimum wage): Every employer covered by the FLSA
- Job Safety and Health: It's the Law (OSHA): Private-sector employers
- Know Your Rights: Workplace Discrimination is Illegal (EEOC): Employers with 15 or more employees
- Employee Rights Under the Family and Medical Leave Act: Employers with 50 or more employees
- Employee Polygraph Protection Act: Most private employers
- Your Rights Under USERRA: All employers (may be provided instead of posted)

Details and exceptions
- Indiana splits posters across agencies: IDOL (IOSHA, minimum wage, youth hours), DWD (unemployment insurance, required by IC 22-4-17-1(e)), the Worker's Compensation Board (https://www.in.gov/wcb/employers/) and the Civil Rights Commission.
- DWD says neither federal nor Indiana law requires the UI posters in Spanish or other languages.
