- Job Safety and Health: It's the Law (OSHA): Private-sector employers
- Know Your Rights: Workplace Discrimination is Illegal (EEOC): Employers with 15 or more employees
- Employee Rights Under the Family and Medical Leave Act: Employers with 50 or more employees
- Employee Polygraph Protection Act: Most private employers
- Your Rights Under USERRA: All employers (may be provided instead of posted)

Details and exceptions
- LWC groups state posters as State Mandated - General, Unemployment Insurance, Workers' Compensation, Earned Income Tax Credit, If Distributing Federal Funds, and For Public Employees Only; the last two sections showed no poster links in the page text.
- LWC refers employers to the U.S. DOL poster page and elaws Poster Advisor for which federal posters apply. Earlier-year EIC posters (2023-2025) are also listed.
