Remote and electronic posting: For the EEOC Know Your Rights poster, the page says covered employers are encouraged (not required) to also post the notice digitally on their web sites in a conspicuous location, in addition to physical posting.

- Employee Rights Under the Fair Labor Standards Act (minimum wage): Every employer covered by the FLSA
- Job Safety and Health: It's the Law (OSHA): Private-sector employers
- Know Your Rights: Workplace Discrimination is Illegal (EEOC): Employers with 15 or more employees
- Employee Rights Under the Family and Medical Leave Act: Employers with 50 or more employees
- Employee Polygraph Protection Act: Most private employers
- Your Rights Under USERRA: All employers (may be provided instead of posted)

Details and exceptions
- The page says the list is not limited to the posters shown.
- The NLRA poster must be 11 x 17 inches (or two 8.5 x 11 pages taped together). LS-43 prints on 8.5 x 14 paper; WC-106 prints on two 8.5 x 11 sheets displayed together.
- LS-112 is a notice delivered to each employee rather than only posted.
