- Employee Rights Under the Fair Labor Standards Act (minimum wage): Every employer covered by the FLSA
- Job Safety and Health: It's the Law (OSHA): Private-sector employers
- Know Your Rights: Workplace Discrimination is Illegal (EEOC): Employers with 15 or more employees
- Employee Rights Under the Family and Medical Leave Act: Employers with 50 or more employees
- Employee Polygraph Protection Act: Most private employers
- Your Rights Under USERRA: All employers (may be provided instead of posted)

Details and exceptions
- Free individual posters or an all-in-one poster are available from local Job Service Montana offices.
- The Employment Standards Division's minimum wage poster page says the Montana Wage & Hour poster is not a required poster, while the Workforce Services page lists it under required posters.
- HB 702 (vaccination-status discrimination) has no poster; COVID-related posters are not required.
