- Job Safety and Health: It's the Law (OSHA): Private-sector employers
- Know Your Rights: Workplace Discrimination is Illegal (EEOC): Employers with 15 or more employees
- Employee Rights Under the Family and Medical Leave Act: Employers with 50 or more employees
- Employee Polygraph Protection Act: Most private employers
- Your Rights Under USERRA: All employers (may be provided instead of posted)

Details and exceptions
- The page says employers do not have to buy these posters from any commercial source or vendor.
- It lists the NLRA employee-rights poster with 'no posting requirement at this time' and a WSI Important Notice to Employees poster as optional.
- Some employers may need additional federal posters (U.S. DOL Workplace Posters).
