Federal posters
- Employee Rights Under the Fair Labor Standards Act (minimum wage): Every employer covered by the FLSA
- Job Safety and Health: It's the Law (OSHA): Private-sector employers
- Know Your Rights: Workplace Discrimination is Illegal (EEOC): Employers with 15 or more employees
- Employee Rights Under the Family and Medical Leave Act: Employers with 50 or more employees
- Employee Polygraph Protection Act: Most private employers
- Your Rights Under USERRA: All employers (may be provided instead of posted)

- Ohio has no single state list of required posters. The Department of Commerce page covers only the Ohio minimum wage poster and keeps earlier years (2022-2025) for reference.
