Details and exceptions
- ODOL issues three posters (minimum wage, Oklahoma USERRA, PEOSH safety). It also offers courtesy copies of posters formerly provided through OESC (Child Labor Law, Oklahoma Workers' Compensation, plain-language Minimum Wage) for information only.
- ODOL says it does not determine an employer's posting compliance and encourages employers to consult private legal counsel; federal posters are referred to the U.S. Department of Labor.
