- Employee Rights Under the Fair Labor Standards Act (minimum wage): Every employer covered by the FLSA
- Job Safety and Health: It's the Law (OSHA): Private-sector employers
- Know Your Rights: Workplace Discrimination is Illegal (EEOC): Employers with 15 or more employees
- Employee Rights Under the Family and Medical Leave Act: Employers with 50 or more employees
- Employee Polygraph Protection Act: Most private employers
- Your Rights Under USERRA: All employers (may be provided instead of posted)

Details and exceptions
- The page lists a Human Trafficking Resource Center Hotline poster (TBI), Right to Work poster, Drug-Free Workplace Program poster and Fraud Free Workplace poster as recommended but not required.
- Posters should be in a prominent place employees can access, such as a break room or time-clock area.
