- Job Safety and Health: It's the Law (OSHA): Private-sector employers
- Know Your Rights: Workplace Discrimination is Illegal (EEOC): Employers with 15 or more employees
- Employee Rights Under the Family and Medical Leave Act: Employers with 50 or more employees
- Employee Polygraph Protection Act: Most private employers
- Your Rights Under USERRA: All employers (may be provided instead of posted)

Details and exceptions
- DWS says employers must display labor law posters in a high-traffic area such as a breakroom or near the time clock, and that most businesses need both the Wyoming-specific and federal-level posters.
- Free pre-printed posters are available at local Wyoming Workforce Centers. DWS warns of mail and phone scams selling posters.
