Montgomery County paid sick leave

1 hour for every 30 hours worked in the county
All employers with employees working in the county in Montgomery County must let employees accrue and use up to 56 hours a year. Fewer than 5 employees: 32 paid plus 24 unpaid hours a year. Maryland's state law also applies; employers follow whichever rule is more generous to the employee.
