Local ordinance, in effect since July 1, 2017
1 hour for every 30 hours worked in the city
All employers with employees working in Minneapolis in Minneapolis must let employees accrue and use up to 48 hours a year. Minnesota's state law also applies; employers follow whichever rule is more generous to the employee.
