11+ employees must let employees accrue and use up to 56 hours of paid sick leave a year. 11-19 employees: 40 hours a year. 10 or fewer: not covered..

- Excludes workers under 16 and seasonal agricultural workers, among others.
- LB 415 (2025) limited coverage to 11+ employees before the October 1, 2025 start.
