New Jersey paid sick leave

1 hour for every 30 hours worked (or 40 hours front-loaded)
All employers must let employees accrue and use up to 40 hours of paid sick leave a year.

- The state law preempted the 13 local New Jersey sick leave ordinances when it took effect in 2018.
