Tacoma paid sick leave

1 hour for every 40 hours worked in Tacoma
All employers with employees working 80+ hours a benefit year in Tacoma, including salaried workers, public officials and rail employees (whom state law excludes) in Tacoma must provide paid sick leave. Washington's state law also applies; employers follow whichever rule is more generous to the employee.
