Details and exceptions
- Amendments effective Jan. 1, 2024 exempt career-progression and certain non-competitive promotions from job-opportunity notice
- Employers with no physical site in Colorado and fewer than 15 Colorado employees are exempt until July 1, 2029 from notifying Colorado employees of non-remote out-of-state jobs
