Coming changes
- September 26, 2027: Employers with 26 or more employees must include a pay range and a general benefits description in internal and external job postings. (source)
Details and exceptions
- Employers must keep job descriptions and wage-rate history for at least 3 years
- Collective bargaining agreements are covered only once executed, amended or renewed after Sept. 26, 2027
- One job opportunity is one violation however many times it is posted
