Minimum and maximum projected salary or hourly pay (good-faith range), and the existence of healthcare benefits before the first interview

Details and exceptions
- D.C. Law 25-138 also bars seeking an applicant's wage history
- If an employer omits the disclosures, a prospective employee may ask for them
