Good-faith wage range plus a general description of benefits and any other compensation; if no posting was made, disclose before discussing compensation or on request

Details and exceptions
- Employers may comply by using the Commissioner's wage range disclosure form
- Applies prospectively to postings made on or after Oct. 1, 2024
