Compensation or a good-faith range of compensation; commission jobs must say so, and tipped jobs must give the base wage or base-wage range

Details and exceptions
- Enforced under 21 V.S.A. § 495b(a)(1) (Attorney General)
- Excludes general "we are hiring" announcements and verbal or broadcast announcements
- Prior research cited § 495o; the pay range law is codified at § 495p (§ 495o covers employer communications on religious or political matters)
