Pay ranges required in job postings
Wage scale or salary range (or the fixed wage if only one is offered) and a general description of all benefits and other compensation; on request, the range for an internal transfer or promotion

Coming changes
- July 28, 2027: The 5-business-day cure period for noncompliant postings ends; it does not apply after July 27, 2027. (source)
Details and exceptions
- For postings from July 27, 2025 through July 27, 2027, employers get 5 business days after written notice to correct a posting before penalties or damages apply (2025 c 383)
