- Employee Rights Under the Fair Labor Standards Act (minimum wage): Every employer covered by the FLSA
- Job Safety and Health: It's the Law (OSHA): Private-sector employers
- Know Your Rights: Workplace Discrimination is Illegal (EEOC): Employers with 15 or more employees
- Employee Rights Under the Family and Medical Leave Act: Employers with 50 or more employees
- Employee Polygraph Protection Act: Most private employers
- Your Rights Under USERRA: All employers (may be provided instead of posted)

Details and exceptions
- CTDOL says the listing is informational only and not exhaustive, and that the only posters it supplies are for state labor regulations. Federal posters are referred to the U.S. Department of Labor.
- The Employers' Written Notice to Employees of Rights under CTFMLA and CT Paid Leave is not required to be posted but must be in handbooks or given to employees (Section 31-51qq-26).
