Details and exceptions
- Michigan has no single required-poster list. LEO's Wage and Hour Division and MIOSHA each publish their own required-poster pages; other agencies (UIA, workers' compensation, civil rights) are not covered here.
- MIOSHA also offers a Whistleblower poster as a courtesy; MIOSHA does not enforce the Whistleblowers' Protection Act.
- Separate LEO pages exist for the Human Trafficking Notification Act posters and a veterans workplace poster.
