- Job Safety and Health: It's the Law (OSHA): Private-sector employers
- Know Your Rights: Workplace Discrimination is Illegal (EEOC): Employers with 15 or more employees
- Employee Rights Under the Family and Medical Leave Act: Employers with 50 or more employees
- Employee Polygraph Protection Act: Most private employers
- Your Rights Under USERRA: All employers (may be provided instead of posted)

Coming changes
- January 1, 2027: DLI has posted the 2027 minimum-wage rates poster (last updated October 2026), which all employers must display. (source)
Details and exceptions
- DLI marks the earned sick and safe time, packinghouse workers bill of rights, and pregnant workers and new parents posters as informational only (encouraged, not required).
- A free poster pack of the seven state-mandated posters is available in English, Hmong, Somali and Spanish. Posters need updating only when Minnesota law changes.
- Separate written-notice and handbook requirements apply under some Minnesota laws (DLI Employee notices and handbook requirements page).
