- Job Safety and Health: It's the Law (OSHA): Private-sector employers
- Know Your Rights: Workplace Discrimination is Illegal (EEOC): Employers with 15 or more employees
- Employee Rights Under the Family and Medical Leave Act: Employers with 50 or more employees
- Employee Polygraph Protection Act: Most private employers
- Your Rights Under USERRA: All employers (may be provided instead of posted)

Details and exceptions
- The page covers non-agricultural employers; it links to federal posting requirements separately.
- Some listed obligations are written notices rather than posters: the sexual harassment prevention policy (Labor Law 201-g) and the pay notice (Wage Theft Prevention Act, P 715) must be given to employees in writing.
