- Know Your Rights: Workplace Discrimination is Illegal (EEOC): Employers with 15 or more employees
- Employee Rights Under the Family and Medical Leave Act: Employers with 50 or more employees
- Employee Polygraph Protection Act: Most private employers
- Your Rights Under USERRA: All employers (may be provided instead of posted)

Details and exceptions
- BOLI posters are updated each year, effective July 1. Employers with more than one work location generally must post at each worksite.
- BOLI also offers a composite poster with all general state and federal postings; it must be supplemented with employer-specific policies and notices.
- The poster table on the page loads from BOLI's 'required posters' SharePoint list; notices here come from that list plus the employer-specific notices in the page text.
- BOLI says information on posters it does not produce is a courtesy, and that it is not associated with private poster sellers.
