Oregon paid sick leave
In effect since January 1, 2016
1 hour for every 30 hours worked (or 1-1/3 hours per 40; or 40 hours front-loaded)
All employers (paid if 10+ Oregon employees, or 6+ with a Portland location) must let employees accrue and use up to 40 hours of paid sick leave a year. Below that threshold, sick time is protected but unpaid..

- Portland's local paid sick leave ordinance was preempted. Portland employers use the 6-employee paid threshold instead.
