Annual salary range or hourly wage range the employer reasonably and in good faith expects to pay

| Penalties | Attorney General enforcement: warning for a first offense, up to $500 for a second, up to $1,000 for a third; postings within a 48-hour period count as one offense |

Details and exceptions
- No private right of action; the Attorney General has exclusive enforcement
- Violations do not carry treble damages under c. 149, § 150
